Global Master Data Manager

Your mission

• Develop and implement global master data management strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify master data requirements and establish data governance frameworks.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize master data processes, workflows, and systems.
• Monitor data quality metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate both data migration & systems integration projects and ensure smooth implementations.
• Provide training and support to end-users on master data management best practices and tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies related to master data management.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Your profile

• Academic degree related to IT or similar qualification.
• Depth knowledge of master data management regarding to various systems (Sales Force, Centrix, Anaplan, Power BI…) and ERP (SAP S/4 HANA).
• Proven experience (5 years) in master data management, data governance, or a related role.
• Experience with data modeling, metadata management, and data profiling.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex IT issues in a way that is appropriate for the target group and to win others over to your plans - fluent in French and English.
• Project Management experience preferred.
