your missions

COORDINATE THE TEAM ACTIVITY

  • Ensure the coordination in the International Client Relations team, including performance review, coaching, employee satisfaction
  • Cooperate with different HQ & Regional teams to ensure the delivery of the best Customer Relations across multiple channels, on one side advocating
  • Manage the relationship with a group of external partners and professionals including project managers, analysts and consultants.

PROJECT PRIORITIZATION AND DELIVERY

  • Coordinate project portfolio and support prioritization of initiatives based on client needs and organizational objectives
  • Follow with the team project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure successful project delivery
  • Manage some specific projects to support both Client Activation and Client Engagement team

 BUDGET AND RESOURCES MANAGEMENT

  • Follow and monitor project budgets, ensuring targets are met and constraints are respected
  • Monitor expenses, track budget variances, and make recommendations for cost optimization
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Collaborate with procurement and legal teams to ensure collaboration contracts with our main partners Deloitte and Sprinklr are signed and always reflecting the correct scope assigned to them

Your profile

  • 2+ years of experience in similar environment, preferably within the Luxury or Consumer Goods sector or tech companies
  • Higher University Degree in business, marketing, communication
  • Overall understanding of Client Relations and digital marketing topics
  • Highly organized, efficient, able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced growing environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in budgeting and resource allocation
