your missions

Defining and implementing the sales strategy:

  • Working closely with the Managing Director, developing and executing the sales strategy in the areas defined, in order to optimise the brand's growth and profitability.

Expanding strategic markets:

  • Identifying new opportunities and managing international business development (excluding the USA and Greater China).

Managing commercial relationships:

  • Steering negotiations with key partners and customers, providing personalised support and maintaining long-term relationships.

Distribution network management:

  • Leading and optimising a selective wholesale distribution network in partnership with our distributors and retailers, in line with the brand's positioning.

Performance monitoring and analysis:

  • Analysing market trends and monitoring sales performance using precise KPIs, recommending strategic adjustments to maximise profitability and growth.

Sales management and process optimisation:

  • Working with Sales Operations to ensure optimum management of sales forecasts, stocks and product allocations. Actively participate in the Industrial and Commercial Process (PIC) to ensure alignment between commercial demand and production, optimising the efficiency of operations.

Managing sales teams:

  • Leading, structuring and developing an international sales team, while encouraging staff to develop their skills and motivation.

Managing the Flagship Boutique in Geneva:

  • Supervising the operations of the Geneva Boutique, developing the skills of the team and strengthening the brand's reputation locally by exploiting the Geneva network to generate sales opportunities.

Developing a ‘direct to consumer’ approach:

  • Developing relationships with collectors, connoisseur clubs and circles of Haute Horlogerie enthusiasts in order to strengthen the brand's reputation and exclusivity.

Representing the brand:

  • Actively participating in international events, trade fairs, customer meetings and exclusive experiences organised for our partners and collectors.

Internal collaboration:

  • Working closely with the marketing, product and communication teams to ensure a coherent offering that is perfectly adapted to the needs of the target markets.

Projects:

  • Leading and/or contributing to various projects relating to the brand's commercial activities.

your Profile

  • Previous experience in a similar role in the luxury industry, ideally in Haute Horlogerie.
  • Excellent knowledge of and passion for watchmaking. Knowledge of the world of collectors, connoisseurs' clubs and circles of Haute Horlogerie experts.
  • Mastery of luxury markets and their cultural specificities.
  • Proven leadership and ability to bring together multicultural teams across several time zones.
  • Strong negotiating skills and excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term commercial relationships.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and French, any other language would be an asset.
  • Willingness to travel frequently internationally.
